Specialized In-House Training

We bring emergency preparedness training to your facility and build each session around the people who will actually be called on to help. Before training, we discuss your concerns, who will attend, and what responsibilities those participants have. That shapes the scenarios we use. Church ushers may need to coordinate a response to a medical emergency during a crowded service. School personnel may need to account for students who were away from their classrooms when an evacuation began. Library staff may need to guide patrons of different ages and abilities to shelter during severe weather.

Drawing on real-world emergency service experience, we give participants time to work through those decisions together. In a tabletop exercise, staff and volunteers talk through what they would do, whom they would contact, and what information they would need. That conversation often brings an unanswered question to light. If everyone assumes someone else is meeting the ambulance, your team can settle that responsibility during training, while there is time to discuss it and practice.
